For our customer, a leading electro retail company and e-commerce platform based in Brussels (West), we are seeking a skilled Product Owner to join this dynamic team.
Role Overview:
As a Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in connecting our business objectives, customer needs, and website functionality. You will oversee 1 to 3 projects aimed at improving the overall customer experience, website features, content, and design. Working in an agile environment with our Scrum team, you will define sprint priorities and ensure the successful delivery of each project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the backlog and prioritize user stories based on business goals and customer insights.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project objectives.
- Work closely with developers, functional analysts, and UX designers to translate requirements into actionable tasks.
- Define acceptance criteria and ensure the quality of deliverables meets our standards.
- Coordinate go-to-market strategies for new features or enhancements.
- Organize and oversee production releases, ensuring seamless deployment and minimal disruptions.
- Communicate project updates and platform improvements within the organization.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce, with a solid understanding of online retail dynamics.
- Experience in omnichannel retailing is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Proven track record in project management, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Affinity for UX/UI principles and digital experience design.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French or Dutch is advantageous.
