Job Intake


We first want to understand our customer's needs by analysis the specificities of your company, the requirements of the job itself and the situation of the market at the moment of the search.

First, we publish the add on Job Board, LinkedIn and via networking.

After analysis and selection of the candidates available on the market, we will have a better understanding for the next active recruitment steps.

    - active hunting is one of the areas where we bring added value,
    - we are flexible about schedules to be reactive on best profiles.

Job Interviews


We take special care not only to check hard skills, but also soft skills, values fit and remote working fit ; among others.

We use check list of course, but also take care to assess personal aspects and intrinsic motivations, key to engagement and long term collaborations. 

Feedback, negotiation and contract


We take care to have a reasoned feedback policy in respect of HR procedures and especially towards managers busy agendas.

We compare candidates expectations to our benchmarks and manage their  expectations to find common ground of understanding on package 
from day 1 - saving you from surprise negotiations. 

Follow up
